El c\u00e0lcul s&#8217;ha fet correctament, la f\u00f3rmula aplicada \u00e9s adequada i la soluci\u00f3 sembla coherent amb els criteris normatius. No obstant aix\u00f2, hi ha un aspecte que no sempre es revisa amb la mateixa profunditat: la dada utilitzada per a aquest c\u00e0lcul.  <\/p>\n\n<p>El <strong>mesurament de temps de parada segons EN ISO 13855<\/strong> apareix precisament en aquest punt. No pas perqu\u00e8 el c\u00e0lcul sigui erroni, sin\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 el valor de partida pot no reflectir el comportament real de la m\u00e0quina. <\/p>\n\n<p>En projectes ben estructurats, aquesta verificaci\u00f3 es realitza durant la fase de validaci\u00f3, quan la m\u00e0quina ja est\u00e0 constru\u00efda i encara hi ha marge per ajustar. Tot i aix\u00f2, en moltes instal\u00b7lacions, el mesurament no es planteja fins que sorgeix un dubte, una modificaci\u00f3 o una exig\u00e8ncia externa. <\/p>\n\n<p>I aqu\u00ed \u00e9s on l&#8217;enfocament canvia. Perqu\u00e8 la difer\u00e8ncia entre una dada estimada i una dada mesurada pot condicionar completament la validesa de la soluci\u00f3 adoptada. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>EN ISO 13855: una f\u00f3rmula senzilla amb una depend\u00e8ncia cr\u00edtica<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>La norma EN ISO 13855 estableix els criteris per posicionar dispositius de protecci\u00f3 en funci\u00f3 del temps necessari per aturar un perill. L&#8217;objectiu \u00e9s garantir que, una vegada detectada una intrusi\u00f3, el sistema de seguretat actu\u00ef abans que es produeixi el contacte amb la zona perillosa. <\/p>\n\n<p>L&#8217;expressi\u00f3 que es fa servir \u00e9s coneguda:<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La base del c\u00e0lcul<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>S = (K \u00d7 T) + C<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>On:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>S<\/strong> \u00e9s la dist\u00e0ncia m\u00ednima de seguretat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>K<\/strong> \u00e9s la velocitat d&#8217;aproximaci\u00f3 del cos hum\u00e0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>T<\/strong> \u00e9s el temps total de parada del sistema<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>C<\/strong> \u00e9s la dist\u00e0ncia addicional associada al tipus de detector<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Des del punt de vista matem\u00e0tic, la f\u00f3rmula \u00e9s senzilla. No obstant aix\u00f2, el resultat dep\u00e8n directament de la qualitat de la dada que s&#8217;introdueix com a temps de parada. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>El c\u00e0lcul no sol ser el problema<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>A la pr\u00e0ctica, el c\u00e0lcul poques vegades \u00e9s incorrecte. Els criteris normatius s\u00f3n clars i quan s&#8217;apliquen correctament el resultat \u00e9s coherent. <\/p>\n\n<p>La q\u00fcesti\u00f3 \u00e9s una altra.<\/p>\n\n<p>El valor de <strong>T<\/strong> no s&#8217;obt\u00e9 sempre a partir d&#8217;un mesurament real.
