{"id":932,"date":"2025-09-11T06:53:00","date_gmt":"2025-09-11T04:53:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/prodengrup.com\/diferents-enfocaments-en-la-gestio-de-la-seguretat\/"},"modified":"2025-09-15T16:38:48","modified_gmt":"2025-09-15T14:38:48","slug":"diferents-enfocaments-en-la-gestio-de-la-seguretat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/prodengroup.com\/ca\/diferents-enfocaments-en-la-gestio-de-la-seguretat\/","title":{"rendered":"Diferents enfocaments en la gesti\u00f3 de la seguretat"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Els temps canvien, i l&#8217;enfocament normatiu i legalista de gestionar la prevenci\u00f3 a les empreses sembla que est\u00e0 a punt de passar a millor vida.<\/p>\n\n<p>Quan vam comen\u00e7ar en aix\u00f2 de la PRL, enten\u00edem la gesti\u00f3 de la Prevenci\u00f3, com una gesti\u00f3 merament t\u00e8cnica i enfocada al compliment de la llei. Avui dia, el paradigma ha canviat, les empreses necessiten implementar i integrar la prevenci\u00f3 en tots els aspectes de la seva activitat. <\/p>\n\n<p>Necessitem una visi\u00f3 m\u00e9s hol\u00edstica, de com implementar la Prevenci\u00f3 de riscos, a les nostres organitzacions.<\/p>\n\n<p>Els professionals de la Prevenci\u00f3 de riscos laborals, m\u00e9s buscats en el passat (molt recent) eren professionals amb un perfil t\u00e8cnic. Avui dia els professionals de branques pertanyents a les humanitats s\u00f3n m\u00e9s necessaris que mai. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A qu\u00e8 \u00e9s degut aquest canvi?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>A un canvi de perspectiva, pel que fa a com podem atacar els problemes de la gesti\u00f3 preventiva de les empreses.<\/p>\n\n<p>Partint de la base que, el <strong>85-90% de les causes dels accidents<\/strong> , s\u00f3n degudes al que anomenem <strong>factor hum\u00e0<\/strong> , es fa necessari, sense deixar de gestionar les condicions insegures de l&#8217;entorn laboral, enfocar-nos a una gesti\u00f3 menys \u201ct\u00e8cnica\u201d i m\u00e9s \u201chumana\u201d.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qu\u00e8 significa una gesti\u00f3 m\u00e9s \u201chumana\u201d?<\/strong> <strong>Estem, els t\u00e8cnics de prevenci\u00f3 preparats per a aquest tipus de gesti\u00f3?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>La formaci\u00f3 reglada, que habilita un t\u00e8cnic de prevenci\u00f3, \u00e9s eminentment<\/p>\n\n<p>t\u00e8cnica, i tracta molt poc de la gesti\u00f3 del factor hum\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n<p>Les habilitats necess\u00e0ries per gestionar la Prevenci\u00f3 de Riscos, des de la part m\u00e9s humana de les organitzacions, no s&#8217;obtenen amb aquesta formaci\u00f3 reglada.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quines habilitats s\u00f3n aquestes?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Entre aquestes, podr\u00edem esmentar el lideratge, la capacitat d&#8217;influ\u00e8ncia, capacitat de treball en equip, adaptaci\u00f3 i resili\u00e8ncia, capacitat de comunicaci\u00f3, gesti\u00f3 de conflictes, assertivitat, autoconeixement i coneixement mutu; totes elles, basades en la intel\u00b7lig\u00e8ncia emocional.<\/p>\n\n<p>Aquest canvi de paradigma es produeix, al capdavall, perqu\u00e8 les organitzacions s\u00f3n grups de persones que interactuen i cal gestionar aquestes interaccions de manera m\u00e9s sist\u00e8mica.<\/p>\n\n<p>Les organitzacions no nom\u00e9s necessiten complir les normes, tamb\u00e9 necessiten aconseguir objectius de prevenci\u00f3, i per aix\u00f2 hem de treballar el factor hum\u00e0 com a causa dels accidents laborals.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s el factor hum\u00e0?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>\u00c9s el factor causal del 85-90% dels accidents laborals. I est\u00e0 dividit en dos subfactors: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Error Hum\u00e0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Factor organitzacional<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Aix\u00f2 pot induir a pensar que les persones que formen part de les organitzacions s\u00f3n la causa dels accidents, ja que les persones sempre cometem errors.<\/p>\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-verse\"><strong>\"l'home \u00e9s l'\u00fanic animal capa\u00e7 d'ensopegar dues vegades amb la mateixa pedra\"<\/strong><\/pre>\n\n<p>Per\u00f2 res m\u00e9s lluny de les realitats, de fet, l&#8217;error hum\u00e0 \u00e9s una conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia dels problemes organitzacionals que tenen les empreses, i per tant estan \u00edntimament relacionats.<\/p>\n\n<p>L&#8217;error <strong><em>hum\u00e0 sempre existir\u00e0 (Errare humanum est<\/em><\/strong> ), per la qual cosa hem passat de pretendre l&#8217;objectiu de zero accidents a pensar a aconseguir zero danys ( <strong>VISION ZERO<\/strong> )<\/p>\n\n<p>Paradoxalment, tot i que el factor hum\u00e0 representa una proporci\u00f3 molt alta de la causalitat en els accidents, la despesa per aconseguir el canvi corportamental i organitzacional est\u00e0 al voltant del <strong>10% del pressupost<\/strong> que tenen les empreses per a la prevenci\u00f3 de riscos laborals.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Com abordem aquesta problem\u00e0tica? Les empreses estan preparades per gestionar la prevenci\u00f3 des d&#8217;aquest prisma? <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Hi ha diversos corrents sobre la gesti\u00f3 de la seguretat en base al factor hum\u00e0, entre ells la <strong>SBC ( seguretat Basada en el comportament )<\/strong> o la <strong>SBO ( seguretat basada en l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 )<\/strong> ambd\u00f3s complement\u00e0ries i que treballen per reduir l&#8217;impacte del factor hum\u00e0 en la seguretat de les organitzacions.<\/p>\n\n<p>La <strong>SBC<\/strong> \u00e9s una eina de gesti\u00f3 basada en l&#8217;observaci\u00f3 de les conductes segures al lloc de treball i la finalitat de la qual \u00e9s refor\u00e7ar i millorar l&#8217;exercici o comportament segur de tots els components d&#8217;una organitzaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n<p>Tradicionalment s&#8217;ha atribu\u00eft un accident o un incident al comportament d&#8217;un treballador, per\u00f2 un accident va m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 d&#8217;un acte insegur o d&#8217;una decisi\u00f3 inadequada presa per un treballador, \u00e9s una mica m\u00e9s complex que requereix una <strong>visi\u00f3 hol\u00edstica i sist\u00e8mica de l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3,<\/strong> en qu\u00e8 treballa la <strong>SBO (Seguretat Basada a l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3)<\/strong> tamb\u00e9 anomenada <strong>HOP (HOP)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>La <strong>SBO<\/strong> treballa conceptes organitzacionals com el lideratge, la comunicaci\u00f3, el tracte just, el comprom\u00eds, en definitiva: la cultura preventiva de lorganitzaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Com podem mesurar la cultura de l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>La cultura \u00e9s un sistema de valors compartits que es basen en les percepcions dels integrants de lorganitzaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Com mesurem aquestes percepcions?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Hi ha eines com el <strong>Nordic Occupational Safety Climate Questionnaire-NOSACQ-50<\/strong> que analitza diferents dimensions de la cultura preventiva de l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3, per obtenir uns resultats que ens determinin la maduresa preventiva de l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3, classificant-la en un dels nivells que es defineixen a l&#8217; <strong>escala de cultura preventiva de Parker i Hudson.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Patol\u00f2gic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reactiu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Calculador<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proactiu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generatiu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quines s\u00f3n les Dimensions de la Cultura Preventiva del Nordic Occupational Safety Climate Questionnaire-NOSACQ-50?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>El <strong>Nordic Safety Climate Questionnaire (NOSACQ-50)<\/strong> \u00e9s una eina diagn\u00f2stica que avalua el clima preventiu d&#8217;una organitzaci\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de <strong>7 dimensions<\/strong> , <strong>3<\/strong> relacionades amb la <strong>gesti\u00f3 de la prevenci\u00f3<\/strong> (comprom\u00eds, implicaci\u00f3 i equitat) i 4 amb <strong>actituds col\u00b7lectives<\/strong> (comprom\u00eds, consci\u00e8ncia de risc, aprenentatge i confian\u00e7a).<\/p>\n\n<p>El comprom\u00eds impulsa, la dinamitzaci\u00f3 tradueix i sost\u00e9 l&#8217;aprenentatge: junts conformen els pilars d&#8217;una cultura preventiva madura, on la seguretat no \u00e9s una obligaci\u00f3, sin\u00f3 una forma conscient de treballar i conviure.<\/p>\n\n<p>Nom\u00e9s quan la prevenci\u00f3 es converteix en un valor compartit, la seguretat deixa de ser una tasca pendent i passa a ser una part essencial de la cultura empresarial.<\/p>\n\n<p>Fomentar una cultura preventiva s\u00f2lida no \u00e9s nom\u00e9s una obligaci\u00f3 legal, sin\u00f3 una inversi\u00f3 estrat\u00e8gica en el benestar de les persones i en la sostenibilitat de les organitzacions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Els temps canvien, i l&#8217;enfocament normatiu i legalista de gestionar la prevenci\u00f3 a les empreses sembla que est\u00e0 a punt de passar a millor vida.
