implantaci\u00f3 d&#8217;instal\u00b7lacions fotovoltaiques d&#8217;autoconsum en entorns industrials suposa un aven\u00e7 clau cap a una <strong>gesti\u00f3 m\u00e9s sostenible i eficient dels recursos<\/strong> .<\/p>\n\n<p>En aquest context, PRODEN Group ha assumit l&#8217;execuci\u00f3 del projecte per a la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 fotovoltaica d&#8217;autoconsum de 15 kW connectada a xarxa, destinada a cobrir part de la demanda energ\u00e8tica d&#8217;una nau industrial ubicada al terme municipal de Molins de Rei (Barcelona).<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Caracter\u00edstiques principals del projecte<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Pot\u00e8ncia nominal: 15 kW.<\/p>\n\n<p>N\u00famero de m\u00f2duls: 30 panells fotovoltaics d&#8217;alta efici\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n\n<p>Disposici\u00f3: coberta plana amb inclinaci\u00f3 de 0\u00b0.<\/p>\n\n<p>Sistema de conversi\u00f3: inversor connectat a xarxa.<\/p>\n\n<p>Modalitat de subministrament: autoconsum amb excedents acollit a compensaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Objectiu del projecte<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>L&#8217;objectiu del projecte va ser definir les condicions t\u00e8cniques, materials i normatives aplicables al disseny i execuci\u00f3 de la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3, garantint la seva viabilitat t\u00e8cnica, compliment legal i seguretat, a m\u00e9s de servir com a base per a l&#8217;obtenci\u00f3 de les llic\u00e8ncies i autoritzacions davant dels organismes i autoritats competents.<\/p>\n\n<p>El programa d&#8217;estimacions PVGIS per a qualsevol punt del m\u00f3n (excepte els pols) ens proporciona:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>la l\u00ednia a l&#8217;horitz\u00f3 segons la ubicaci\u00f3<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la Irradiaci\u00f3 mensual en un pla fix<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les hores de producci\u00f3 mensuals denergia fotovoltaica<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La producci\u00f3 energ\u00e8tica mensual del sistema fotovoltaic<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Normativa i marc legal d&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>La instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 es regeix per la legislaci\u00f3 vigent en mat\u00e8ria d&#8217;autoconsum el\u00e8ctric i seguretat industrial, entre la qual destaquen:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nou Reglament Electrot\u00e8cnic de Baixa Tensi\u00f3 segons Reial Decret 842\/2002 de 2 d&#8217;agost tant pel que fa a les de car\u00e0cter general com a les particulars, i les seves instruccions t\u00e8cniques complement\u00e0ries, segons la taula 1, en funci\u00f3 de l&#8217;\u00fas de la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3, i les modificacions posteriors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reial Decret 244\/2019, de 5 d&#8217;abril, pel qual es regulen les condicions administratives, t\u00e8cniques i econ\u00f2miques de l&#8217;autoconsum d&#8217;energia el\u00e8ctrica.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reial decret 1627\/97, \u200b\u200bde 24 d&#8217;octubre, pel qual s&#8217;estableixen les disposicions m\u00ednimes de seguretat i salut.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Normes establertes per la Companyia Subministradora aix\u00ed com les Ordenances Municipals de l&#8217;Ajuntament, i totes aquelles que afectin la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 en el moment de la seva execuci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reglament (UE) n\u00fam. 305\/2011 de 9 de mar\u00e7 de 2011, pel qual s&#8217;estableixen condicions harmonitzades per a la comercialitzaci\u00f3 de productes de la construcci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>LLEI 24\/2013, del 26 de desembre, del Sector El\u00e8ctric.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>REIAL DECRET 9\/2013, de 12 de juliol, pel qual s&#8217;adopten mesures urgents per a l&#8217;estabilitat financera del sistema el\u00e8ctric.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>REIAL DECRET 1110\/2007, de 24 d&#8217;agost, pel qual s&#8217;aprova el Reglament unificat de punts de mesura del sistema el\u00e8ctric.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>REAL DECRET 1699\/2011, de 18 de novembre, pel qual es regula la connexi\u00f3 a la xarxa d&#8217;instal\u00b7lacions de producci\u00f3 d&#8217;energia el\u00e8ctrica de petita pot\u00e8ncia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>REIAL DECRET 413\/2014, de 6 de juny, pel qual es regula la connexi\u00f3 i l&#8217;activitat de producci\u00f3 d&#8217;energia el\u00e8ctrica a partir de fonts d&#8217;energies renovables, agafats i residus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>REIAL DECRET 900\/2015, de 9 d&#8217;octubre, pel qual es regulen les condicions administratives, t\u00e8cniques i econ\u00f2miques de les modalitats de subministrament d&#8217;energia el\u00e8ctrica amb autoconsum i de producci\u00f3 amb autoconsum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>REIAL DECRET-llei 15\/2018, de 5 d&#8217;octubre, de mesures urgents per a la transici\u00f3 energ\u00e8tica i la protecci\u00f3 dels consumidors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Materials i equips<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Els materials i equips utilitzats van ser principalment:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>M\u00f2duls fotovoltaics de silici mono cristal\u00b7l\u00ed amb estructura de suport adaptada a coberta plana.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inversor de connexi\u00f3 a xarxa amb proteccions integrades i sistemes de monitoritzaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quadres el\u00e8ctrics de protecci\u00f3 i seccionament, amb proteccions contra sobreintensitats i sobretensions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cablejat i canalitzacions dimensionades conforme al REBT.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Aquesta actuaci\u00f3 permetr\u00e0 <strong>optimitzar el consum energ\u00e8tic<\/strong> de la nau, <strong>reduir costos operatius i contribuir a la sostenibilitat ambiental<\/strong> mitjan\u00e7ant la generaci\u00f3 d&#8217;energia renovable i la compensaci\u00f3 d&#8217;excedents a la
