{"id":1168,"date":"2025-07-17T14:23:49","date_gmt":"2025-07-17T12:23:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/prodengrup.com\/proyectos\/ce-of-new-cip-cleaning-station\/"},"modified":"2025-09-29T17:33:32","modified_gmt":"2025-09-29T15:33:32","slug":"ce-of-new-cip-cleaning-station","status":"publish","type":"proyectos","link":"https:\/\/prodengroup.com\/en\/proyectos\/ce-of-new-cip-cleaning-station\/","title":{"rendered":"CE of new CIP cleaning station"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In <strong>Proden Group<\/strong> we have developed a key project in a reference plant of the food sector in <strong>Portugal<\/strong>, focused on the <strong>compliance and CE marking<\/strong> of a new CIP cleaning station for the <strong>extraction and evaporation<\/strong> lines.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Project development<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The scope included all phases of <strong>safety engineering<\/strong>, from the initial regulatory study to the final validation and issuance of the certificate of conformity.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the most relevant aspects was the correct <strong>adaptation to local Portuguese regulations<\/strong>, applying <strong>Decree-Law 50\/2005 (DL.50\/2005)<\/strong>, which regulates the minimum safety requirements for the use of work equipment. Its integration, together with <strong>Directive 2006\/42\/EC<\/strong> and the <strong>European Harmonized Standards<\/strong>, ensured that the solution fully complied with both EU standards and national legislation in force. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thanks to this planning, safety engineering was not limited to a final verification, but was integrated <strong>from the design phase<\/strong>, making it possible to anticipate risks, optimize technical solutions and ensure the reliability of the command and control systems.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Added value<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The application of <strong>local regulations combined with European standards<\/strong> provided essential added value to the project:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Guaranteed compliance with Portuguese and EU legislation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cost and time reduction in the implementation of improvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solutions adapted to the production reality without interfering with operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A more agile and transparent homologation process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>International presence and customer proximity<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Although the project was mainly managed from Spain, our technicians traveled to the plant in Portugal to carry out the critical field phases:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On-site regulatory studies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Validation of security functions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review and issuance of the final certificate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this way, we combined <strong>remote management<\/strong> with <strong>direct presence when necessary<\/strong>, offering continuous, flexible and close attention.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Conclusion<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At Proden Group, we ensure that each project complies with <strong>local and European regulations<\/strong> from design to final validation, optimizing safety and efficiency without affecting operations.
