Within this process, the <strong>Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)<\/strong> performed in Germany is a key milestone that ensures the technical feasibility, safety and quality of the future installation. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The FAT represents much more than a technical validation: it is the meeting point where all the previous work is materialized and from which the success of the following phases is projected.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Previous work that gives meaning to the FAT:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participation in the <strong>design phase<\/strong>, evaluating the safety and reliability of the system from the beginning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Advice during the purchasing process<\/strong> and approval of purchase specifications in accordance with customer requirements and applicable safety regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation of <strong>technical and safety documentation<\/strong>, including risk analysis according to <strong>EN ISO 12100:2010<\/strong> and design validation according to <strong>Machinery Directive 2006\/42\/EC<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review of control systems according to <strong>EN ISO 13849<\/strong>, ensuring their suitability prior to manufacture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>FAT itself in Germany:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the factory tests, the correct operation of the furnace and its auxiliary systems was verified, confirming that they complied with design specifications and industrial safety standards.
